Homework

On Monday, we will be handing out our homework sheet and discussing our expectations. Our biggest goal with homework is for students to read every night for 20 minutes. We will be discussing this further with you at Back to School Night next week as well, but watch for the sheet to come home on Monday.

NWEA

Most students completed the Reading NWEA last week. We will focus on the Math NWEA this week and have scheduled this test for Monday and Tuesday morning this week. Once again, students will have plenty of time to finish so they will not get too overwhelmed. Thank you for having your child here on time in the mornings this week!

Back to School Night

We are excited to invite you to Lincoln School for our Back to School Night. This is a night that is just for parents. Third grade meets from 6:15-6:45. We will be meeting with all third grade families in the Media Center to start, then we will bring you up to our classrooms. We hope you can make it!

Snacks/Water Bottles

Just a reminder...please send a healthy snack for your child each day, as well as a water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day. Thank you!
